Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Certain items such as personalized or custom products may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@inmorven.com. Include your order number and the reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
