Feng Shui Your Cubicle: How to Build a "Desk Fortress" with Obsidian

Feng Shui Your Cubicle: How to Build a "Desk Fortress" with Obsidian

In Part 1, we talked about protecting your personal energy with a bracelet. Now, look around you.

You spend 8 hours a day at your desk. In Feng Shui, your desk is your "Command Center." If your command center is weak, exposed, or chaotic, your career will reflect that.

Most modern offices are Feng Shui disasters: open backs, sharp corners, and fluorescent lights. You can't rebuild the office, but you can build a "Desk Fortress."

Here are the 3 critical spots to place Black Obsidian for maximum protection.

Spot 1: The "Mountain" (The Backing)

The Problem: Do you sit with your back to a hallway, a door, or a window? In Feng Shui, this is called having "No Support."

Your primal brain is constantly scanning for threats behind you, causing low-level anxiety and fatigue.

The Fix: Create an artificial mountain.

Place a large Raw Black Obsidian Chunk or a Pyramid behind your monitor or in the back corner of your desk. Ideally, position it so it sits between you and the busy aisle.

  • Why it works: It energetically anchors you. It tells your subconscious, "I have backup. I am safe."

Spot 2: The "White Tiger" (The Right Side)

The Problem: Office politics and arguments.

The Fix: The "Right Side Rule."

In Feng Shui, your desk has two main zones:
1. Left (Green Dragon): Wealth and Career Growth.
2. Right (White Tiger): Authority and Protection.

The "White Tiger" side can be volatile. To tame aggressive energy and prevent conflicts, place your Black Obsidian Sphere on the RIGHT side of your desk.

  • Why it works: Obsidian's heavy, grounding energy sedates the volatile "Tiger" energy, keeping office drama away from your station.

Spot 3: The "Poison Arrow" (The Deflector)

The Problem: Is there a sharp corner of a pillar, a wall, or a neighbor's desk pointing directly at you? This is called a "Poison Arrow" (Sha Chi). It cuts through your energy field, causing irritability and lack of focus.

The Fix: The Shield.

Place a Black Obsidian Sphere directly in the line of fire, between you and the sharp corner.

  • Why it works: A sphere has no edges. When the sharp, cutting energy hits the curved surface of the sphere, it is dispersed and neutralized harmlessly. It acts like a convex mirror.

Bonus: The "EMF Tower"

Finally, don't forget the invisible smog. Your computer, Wi-Fi router, and phone are blasting you with EMFs.

Place a Black Obsidian Pyramid near the base of your monitor. The pyramid shape directs energy upwards, helping to clear the electromagnetic fog and keep your mind sharp.

Summary: Claim Your Space

You might just be renting the cubicle, but you own the energy inside it.

By strategically placing these "Guard Stones," you send a signal to the universe (and your coworkers): "This space is protected."
